Resources for Elected
Mr. Moors has changed parties from Republican to Democrat believing that his concept to restore the California economy termed "Self Insuring California" can be better advanced as a Democrat than as a Republican. Mr. Moors' research reveals that the dollars for "Self Insuring" California's workforce both health insurance and workers compensation insurance are plentiful in our state.
Already, national business locators, economists, business leaders, Democrats and Republicans alike have confirmed that Mr. Moors' concept of self insuring the California workforce will have businesses rushing back into our state. Mr. Moors is assured that his "Self Insuring" concept will bring unemployment to virtual 0%, fully fund education, reduce college tuition by 50% and decrease class sizes. Mr. Moors believes that the "Self Insuring" concept will increase family incomes as well as business profits which will in turn generate the tax revenues to fully fund our government

Ray Moors will also introduce the Retiree Property Tax Exclusion Act which will greatly diminish property taxes on homeowners after 30 years of home ownership and other job and middle class, wealth creating legislation.
Mr. Moors also believes that it is time to "Share the Wealth" generated by the business of state government by moving the Business Capital of the State to our Southern California city of Ontario. This alone will create thousand of jobs, fill office space and make optimal use of our Ontario airport and convention centers.
Mr. Moors will also introduce a bill prohibiting government employee unions from contributing to political campaigns. Mr. Moors states, "We taxpayers have acquiesced our rights to rule this state by allowing government employee unions to take over the government itself with their state union funded representatives."
Mr. Moors believes that the present administration has betrayed Californians both economically and morally by eliminating Redevelopment Agencies which provided thousands of jobs for California construction workers and has betrayed us morally by demanding that our young children be taught "Gay and Lesbians" studies in our elementary schools.
Due to these betrayals of our communities and our children the candidate, Ray Moors, believes that our current administration does not belong in Sacramento but rather in San Quentin. Mr. Moors rejects funding by state union employees and hopes that voters will offer their time rather than their money by letting him speak directly to them via his video messages.
